Professional Diversified Flooring, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our expanding teams in the Phoenix market.

You will manage a portfolio of commercial flooring projects, from bid through completion, with financial accountability and direct client coordination. Applicants must have prior commercial flooring experience and strong communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum requires commercial flooring experience in a PM capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, OR 5 years of construction industry experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail oriented; able to manage multiple projects.

Aufgaben

• Own a portfolio of projects from bid to closeout.
• Build and grow an independent book of business via client networks.
• Direct bidding strategy with the Estimating team; set margins and review packages.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, designers and end users on schedule and requirements.
• Review design documents and prepare submittals; track procurement and lead times.
• Own procurement timelines and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Supervise on-site work, resolve issues, and maintain client satisfaction.
• Coach and collaborate with junior PMs and support staff.
