GH Engage, Mount Prospect, IL, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial and federal construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll drive schedules, budgets, and execution plans while coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to deliver safely and within budget.

Qualifications

Senior PM experience in commercial construction.
Federal construction experience preferred.
Strong scheduling, budgeting, and PM principles.
Experience managing subcontractors and client communications.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Familiar with Procore, Bluebeam or similar platforms.

Responsabilités

Manage construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to deliver on time and within budget.
Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
Build and maintain relationships with owners, clients, architects, engineers, and subs.
Monitor project costs and assist with forecasting and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with contract requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Proactively identify project risks and implement effective solutions.
