Qualifications

• Senior PM experience in commercial construction.
• Federal construction experience preferred.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and PM principles.
• Experience managing subcontractors and client communications.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiar with Procore, Bluebeam or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify project risks and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Project Manager within commercial construction.

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms is preferred.
