Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Project Manager to lead facilities commercial construction projects across New York, reporting to the Regional Development Manager. You will manage budgets, schedules, and quality while coordinating with Real Estate, Design, Operations, IT/AV, and other stakeholders.

The role requires up to 60% travel regionally across North America. Strong leadership, budgeting, and construction management experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management or equivalent years of experience.
8+ years of experience managing construction projects of similar size and complexity.
Ability to lead projects in Rivian style with collaboration and leadership.
Knowledge of design-build delivery and contract types.

Responsibilities

Oversee new construction of Service and Delivery Centers and Retail build-outs.
Direct general contractors and occasional trade subcontractors and vendors.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with budget, schedule, and quality oversight.
Coordinate with Real Estate, Design/Architecture, Operations, IT/AV, Security and EHS stakeholders.
Lead meetings, provide status reports, and communicate project health to leadership.
