The role involves travel up to regional 60% and collaboration with Real Estate, Design, Operations, IT/AV, and Safety teams. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred with 8+ years in construction management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management preferred.
• 7+ years of experience managing construction projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead facilities construction projects including service centers and retail builds.
• Develop work plans, supervise GCs and key subcontractors.
• Manage budgets, schedules, quality, and safety across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with Real Estate, Design, Operations and external partners.
• Present project status and health to Rivian leadership.
