Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Project Manager to lead facilities commercial construction projects across Real Estate, Design, and Operations. You will manage budget, schedule, and quality, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver service centers, delivery facilities, and retail tenant improvements.

The role is based in New York with up to 60% regional travel, and requires strong leadership, budget control, and contract management to ensure project success and adherence to Rivian

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management preferred and 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading construction projects with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and lead complex, fast-paced construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects for Service and Delivery Centers and Retail build outs.
• Develop work plans and oversee general contractors and trade subcontractors.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure schedule, budget, and quality compliance.
