JML Search LLC in Fullerton, CA, seeks a Senior Project Manager for its on-site commercial electrical construction team. The role offers a base salary of $150,000–$170,000 annually, depending on experience, with an on-site Fullerton base and daily field coordination.

The Senior PM will lead projects from planning through completion, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with clients, contractors, and field teams to ensure successful delivery and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of commercial electrical construction experience.
• Experience managing commercial electrical construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Hospital, airport, or other complex commercial project experience preferred.

JML Search is partnering with an established electrical contractor to recruit a Senior Project Manager for its Southern California team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys leading complex projects, working closely with field teams, and taking ownership of project delivery.

• Lead commercial electrical construction projects from planning through completion.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, cost tracking, and financial performance.

What You’ll Bring

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Hospital, airport, or other complex commercial project experience preferred.
• Data center experience is a plus, but is not required.

Location and Commute

This is an on-site position based in the Fullerton area. Candidates must be able to commute to Fullerton or assigned project locations on a daily basis.
