Job summary

The Beck Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial drywall and interior self-perform operations in Dallas. You will oversee full project lifecycles, manage risk, costs, and quality while mentoring project teams and maintaining strong client and architect relations.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in drywall/construction, with 10M+ project experience, and proficiency in DESTINI Estimator, Procore, Revit, and BIM360. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial drywall/construction/preconstruction.
• Experience managing multi-million dollar interior/drywall projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of projects from preconstruction to closeout, on time and within budget.
• Direct self-perform drywall, framing, and acoustical scopes including scheduling and safety.
• Manage project budgets above $10M, forecast costs, and control risks.
• Serve as primary liaison with clients, architects, and owners.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers, Asst Project Managers, and field staff.
• Collaborate with preconstruction/ops teams on constructability, labor planning, and scheduling.
