Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience, preferably multifamily/high-rise.
• Proven ability to maintain profitable project delivery.
• Strong understanding of contracts and project financials.

Responsibilities

• Lead project administration including contract management and schedules.
• Manage buyouts, negotiate subcontract scopes, and oversee change orders.
• Prepare pay applications and cost projections.
