Qualifications

• 3-5 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, labor, purchasing, billing, and change orders.
• Strong financial judgment and proactive risk identification to protect profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects from preconstruction handoff through completion and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, budgets, procurement plans, and project objectives.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, general contractors, field leadership, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Identify schedule, scope, budget, and constructability risks early and drive them toward resolution.
• Maintain accurate and complete project documentation.
• Own project budgets, cost projections, labor performance, purchasing, billing, and change management.
• Review project financial performance monthly and maintain accurate cost-to-complete forecasts.
• Monitor labor productivity and implement corrective action when performance falls behind plan.
• Protect contract margin while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Surface financial risk early rather than allowing problems to grow.
