• Proficient with MS Project, Procore, Excel and Outlook; strong documentation skills.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, safety compliance, and client relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate production teams, subcontractors, and vendors to meet goals.
• Maintain schedules, budgets, and project documentation (RFIs, COs, logs).
• Communicate status to Senior Project Manager and stakeholders.
