Job summary

Engtal in Columbus, OH is seeking an accomplished Project Manager to lead major commercial construction projects from preconstruction through turnover. You will own budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and change management while coordinating owner, architect, consultant, and subcontractor relationships.

You will oversee OAC meetings, partner with field leadership on schedule, safety, and quality, and mentor junior PMs as you drive projects toward successful, financially sound completion.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Project Management experience in commercial GC/CM
• Strong owner-facing communication and leadership skills
• Experience leading large-scale construction projects ($40M+)
• Strong background in project financials, forecasting, subcontractor management, and scheduling

Lead major $40M-$100M+ commercial construction projects with one of Columbus' established General Contractors and a strong pipeline of work already secured across Central Ohio.
