Job summary

You will ensure schedules, budgets, and quality while building strong client and subcontractor relationships across nationwide operations. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in project management, a Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field, and proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, and Building Connected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Building Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction.
• Proficiency with construction software: Procore, Microsoft Project, Building Connected.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring schedule adherence and budget control.
• Coordinate with Pre-Construction during handoffs, evaluate scopes, and manage the buyout process.
• Develop and maintain detailed CPM schedules, identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks.
• Monitor financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and manage change orders.
• Allocate resources effectively and implement proactive risk management strategies.
• Maintain quality control in coordination with Field Operations/Superintendents.
• Build and nurture relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Conduct regular OAC meetings and provide comprehensive progress reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Building Science, or related field with 10+ years of Project Management experience
• Demonstrated success managing commercial construction projects
• Proven track record managing multiple construction projects, budgets, and schedules simultaneously
• Experience with complex project types requiring specialized knowledge of codes, regulations, and industry best practices
• Proficient in construction software (Procore, Microsoft Project, Building Connected)
