Job summary

ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end initiatives across business, product, engineering, and vendor teams in a contract role based in San Diego, CA. You will drive prioritization, ensure on-time delivery, and provide clear updates to directors and executives.

Responsibilities include coordinating with multiple stakeholders, managing data flows and item attributes, and guiding cross-team efforts through Agile/Waterfall or hybrid methods.

Qualifications

• 7 years of Project or Program Management experience in technical, digital, retail, or supply-chain-related environments.
• Strong experience with Item attributes, data flows, vendor onboarding, SKU setup, or related product/merchandising processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive prioritization with business stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead major projects from initiation through delivery, including discovery, planning, execution, and rollout.
• Partner with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, Digital, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and outcomes.
• Facilitate prioritization discussions across business and technical teams to align with strategies and constraints.
• Translate business needs into clear project plans, timelines, scope, and success criteria.
• Coordinate with engineering, data, integrations, and vendor teams to define and implement Item attributes and data flows.
• Identify risks and issues; drive mitigation and escalation when needed.
• Prepare structured updates, dashboards, and executive summaries for leadership.
• Manage project ceremonies, status updates, steering discussions, and communications across the org.
• Ensure data readiness, governance, and workflow changes before deployment.
• Track progress and KPIs; keep teams accountable to milestones and deliverables.
• Support UAT, cutover planning, training, and change management.
