Qualifications

• Education and experience requirements as stated: Associate’s Degree with 10+ years or Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years in related field.
• Preferred: BS Engineering, MBA, PMP, PE license.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary interface between project team and client representative.
• Create and revise project execution plans to meet client requirements and metrics.
• Identify resources and manage team responsibilities.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects.
• Ensure deliverables are reviewed, approved and signed off before client delivery.
• Ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
• Review project transactions and report discrepancies weekly.
• Review and approve invoices within 48 hours.
• Maintain resource planning and project budgets/schedules.
• Provide single point of contact for clients throughout project life cycle.
• Organize and lead a Project Management Team of PMs and/or Project Engineers.
