The role requires strong budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning, with a focus on delivering milestones while maintaining Audubon standards and clear client communication. Excellent presentation and team leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of industry experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager.
• Education: Associate’s degree with 10 years of relative experience or Bachelor’s with 7 years.
• Preferred: BS Engineering, MBA, PMP, PE license.
• Excellent communication skills for group presentations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary interface between project team and client representative.
• Create, execute and revise project execution plans to meet requirements.
• Identify resources and manage team responsibilities.
• Oversee day-to-day operational aspects of projects.
• Ensure deliverables are reviewed, approved and signed off before client issues.
• Maintain Audubon standards and procedures on projects.
• Review project transactions and report discrepancies weekly.
• Review and approve invoices within 48 hours; manage resource planning.
• Manage project budget and schedule; be single point of contact for client.
• Organize and direct a Project Management Team of PMs and/or PM engineers.
