Scott Humphrey Corporation in the Dallas–Fort Worth area seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead high-end commercial interior projects from preconstruction through closeout.

This role focuses on Class A interior finishes, corporate offices, tenant improvements, and renovations across the Metroplex. The ideal candidate will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and client relationships, and mentor Project Managers and Engineers while collaborating with Superintendents to deliver quality work.

Formación

• 7+ years of commercial construction experience with a general contractor.
• Experience with Class A office interiors, tenant improvements, or high-end renovations.
• Ability to manage projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cost controls.
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-management skills.
• Experience leading project teams; DFW experience preferred.
• Degree in a related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead commercial interior and renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, procurement, and overall financial performance.
• Oversee subcontractor buyout, contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and cost controls.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, architects, consultants, and project partners.
• Partner with Superintendents to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear communication to clients and internal leadership.
• Build strong client relationships and support repeat business.
• Mentor and provide direction to Project Managers, APMs, and Project Engineers.
• Support preconstruction, estimating, constructability reviews, and procurement planning.
