Job summary

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience managing commercial construction or corporate interiors projects
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project and Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; PMP/LEED a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead all phases of commercial interiors and TI projects from kickoff through closeout
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, procurement, and financial reporting
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams
  • Oversee Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Superintendents
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business opportunities
  • Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Monitor project risk, scheduling conflicts, and cost impacts while implementing proactive solutions
  • Lead project meetings, progress reporting, and executive-level communication
  • Support business development, preconstruction efforts, and strategic planning initiatives
  • Mentor and develop junior construction professionals within the organization

About the Role

Qualifications

  • Strong background in tenant improvement (TI), office build-outs, or workplace interiors
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong financial management and budgeting experience
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications
  • Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
  • PMP certification or LEED accreditation is a plus
