About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join one of our clients - a renowned interior architecture and workplace design firm recognized for creating forward-thinking environments that empower people to thrive.

This on-site position in Houston is ideal for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional who thrives on leading complex design projects, managing client relationships, and mentoring creative teams from concept through construction.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $96,000 (based experience)

What You'll Do

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or demonstrated experience in interior commercial construction.
  • 15+ years of related industry experience, including 5+ years managing interior architecture projects.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Dynamics, Microsoft Project , or similar).

Strong leadership, organization, and client management skills.

Excellent communication abilities both verbal and written.

  • Solid understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and interior construction practices.
  • Experience with sustainable design practices ; LEED/WELL certification preferred.

Professional, collaborative, and self-motivated work ethic.

Must work in the office 3 days a week or more.
