Overview

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Civil/Site team in Wilmington, NC. This role involves project management, leadership, profitability, and client management for the Civil/Site project design team.

Responsibilities

1. Manage land development plans, stormwater management, water and sanitary sewer, soil erosion, and sediment control designs.
2. Oversee multiple projects with competing deadlines.
3. Ensure quality control.
4. Handle regulatory agency permitting.
5. Prepare proposal scope and budgets.
6. Manage financial aspects, including invoicing and receivables.
7. Schedule projects for success.
8. Manage existing clients and develop new business.
9. Hire, mentor, and train staff to build a successful Civil/Site team.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
2. 10+ years of site design experience.
3. PE license required.
4. Knowledge of land use processes and regulations in TN.
5. Technical proficiency in stormwater management, hydraulics, hydrological analyses, grading, and related designs.
6. Proficiency in AutoCAD.
7. Strong interpersonal skills with coworkers, clients, and regulatory agencies.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
9. Attention to detail with strong analytical and judgment skills.
10. Ability to work independently and in a team.
11. Construction oversight experience is a plus.
12. Organized, responsive, and dedicated.
13. Valid driver's license.
14. Proficiency in English communication.
