Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Waco, TX for on-site civil engineering projects focused on sidewalks and shared use paths, public works, and land development. You will lead the design process, manage QA/QC, perform preliminary studies, prepare subdivision maps and public improvement plans, and mentor project teams while maintaining strong client relations and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for public works and land development projects.
• Develop or perform QA/QC processes for project risk mitigation.
• Conduct preliminary engineering design studies considering site constraints and regulatory issues.
• Prepare tentative and final subdivision maps.
• Prepare and review public improvement plans for agencies and developments.
• Prepare and review hydrologic studies and drainage reports.
