Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, coordinates, and monitors internal construction and maintenance projects to meet schedule, budget, and City standards.
• Coordinates with superintendents, contractors, vendors, and staff; ensures QA/QC checks and compliance with plans.
• Manages contracts, change orders, and payment review; tracks procurement and purchasing activities.
