Job summary

Sustainability Engineering Group (SEG) seeks a Senior Project Manager to own complex land development projects in Phoenix, from concept to completion, coordinating with clients who value sustainability and precision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited).
• 6+ years of progressive civil engineering experience, land development focus.
• Experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects.
• Deep fluency in civil design principles, construction methods, and regulatory requirements.
• Client-first instincts; ability to translate needs into solutions and maintain relationships.
• Comfort contributing to business development: proposals, presentations, and winning work.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, design, and execution of land development projects (grading, drainage, roadway, utility design) from kickoff to closeout.

What You'll Do

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program (Master's or MBA a plus, not required).
• 6+ years of progressive civil engineering experience, with a strong focus on land development.
• A track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects successfully.
• Deep technical fluency in civil design principles, construction methods, and regulatory requirements.
• Client-first instincts — the ability to listen, translate needs into solutions, and keep relationships strong.
• Comfort contributing to business development: proposals, presentations, and winning work.
