Heron Wolf in New York City seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead multi-hundred-million design-build heavy civil projects from initiation through completion. You will own multiple projects, coordinate engineers and superintendents, and drive teams to deliver on schedule and budget. Strong leadership and collaboration are essential.

P.E. is a plus; the firm supports licensure, offers a competitive package, and rewards performance with a bonus.

Qualifications

• Senior PM with heavy civil design-build experience.
• Experience leading MTA/DEP-scale projects preferred.
• Willingness to run multiple projects start-to-finish.

Responsibilities

• Run heavy civil design-build projects from start to finish.
• Lead engineers and superintendents on assigned projects.
• Mentor and develop junior team members; be the go-to senior figure.

A heavy civil GC with deep design-build pipeline: MTA, DEP, projects $150M+ needs a Senior PM. Not to babysit a project. To own several, start to finish, and lead the teams doing it.
