Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in project management within construction/renovation.
• Supervisory experience coordinating 8–14 direct reports.
• Ability to plan, direct, and coordinate work streams across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate construction and renovation/alteration projects within the assigned work stream.
• Monitor and control project activities to ensure quality control measures are followed.
• Oversee staff such as plans examiners; manage schedules, assignments, and budgets for the workstream.
• Provide best-in-class customer service to internal and external customers and uphold City values.
