Job summary

Pennington, NJ-based organization seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end change management and project delivery. You will define responsibilities, develop plans, and track deliverables against KPIs while guiding cross-functional partners through risk and issue management.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, governance adherence, and strong communication to ensure successful adoption of initiatives across Technology, Legal, Compliance and business lines.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of end-to-end project management experience across process improvement, technology change and adoption activities.
• Experience on mid to large scale initiatives with multiple people, processes and tech deployments.
• Enterprise change policy and standards experience.
• Facilitation skills to capture outcomes and own project documentation.
• Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
• Proven ability to influence large stakeholder groups and manage risk.
• Analytical skills to document, evaluate and recommend improvements.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Strong cross-functional relationship building with Technology, Legal, Global Risk, Compliance, and 3rd parties.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and willingness to adopt new tech such as Teams and Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Defines responsibilities and accountabilities for key project roles and oversees execution of deliverables and milestones.
• Leads adoption and sustainment of change initiatives and assesses adoption risks.
• Leads remediation efforts based on gaps and controls for sustained performance.
• Plans programs and projects using appropriate tools and ensuring efficient completion.
• Develops and reports an integrated delivery plan with mitigation and escalation as needed.
• Navigates across lines of business and partners to negotiate decisions for effective resolution.
• Ensures compliance with Enterprise Change Management policies and requirements.
• Adheres to internal change and project management processes and maintains status in the PPR tool.
• Communicates progress, timelines and required support to project managers and stakeholders.
• Partners with stakeholders to develop transition plans and measures to sustain change.
