Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP preferred or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of Change Management practitioner experience.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale programs in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and facilitate meetings at all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, milestones, and implementation approach; develop charters.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams; manage risk, budget, and schedule.
• Lead status meetings and stakeholder communications; ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Oversee procurement, contracts, and transition activities; archive knowledge.
• Apply ADKAR model and change-management strategies to projects.
