Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of project management experience within a manufacturing GMP environment.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience using Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within business and IT to support Cell Therapy initiatives.
• Author project charters with high-level timelines and budget needs.
• Define, secure, and communicate resource plans and schedules.
• Manage risks and issues with mitigation plans and escalation as needed.
• Develop progress reports, requirements documentation, and risk assessments.
• Lead process improvements to mature project management processes and tools.
• Coordinate multiple medium-to-high complexity projects within the portfolio.
