Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading project teams delivering construction projects with EVMS.
• Ability to identify project risks, develop mitigation, and corrective actions.
• Advanced knowledge of engineering, procurement, construction, and related activities; developing execution plans and baselines.
• Ability to engage customers and interface with program, project, and line management to craft action plans.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication, including status reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
• Experience implementing plans to meet contractual requirements within sensitive national security environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead IPT planning, engineering, procurement, construction, and startup activities including scope, schedule, and budget baselines.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks; perform variance analysis and corrective actions.
• Serve as CAM for cost and schedule performance and communicate with project controls.
• Report project status to senior management and regulatory inquiries; foster open communication and teamwork.
