Job summary

ENGIE North America Inc. seeks a Project Management Senior to lead campus utility infrastructure capital projects at Georgetown University.

You will oversee projects from development through construction, coordinating with university stakeholders, ENGIE teams, and external contractors. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in complex project management, with emphasis on safety, schedules, and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Civil or Industrial) or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing construction or maintenance capital projects (e.g., schools, hospitals, universities).
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer, design, and construct contracts with detailed scope and provisions in collaboration with Contracts Management and Procurement.
• Collaborate with university stakeholders, ENGIE colleagues, and contractors to develop and execute projects.
• Partner with Program Manager and O&M leadership to identify, justify, and prioritize potential projects.
