Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead capital projects on Georgetown University campuses and a hospital. You will administer contracts, coordinate with ENGIE teams and university stakeholders, and drive project execution from design through construction, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.

The role requires a BS in engineering, 5+ years of complex project management experience, and a drive toward PMP certification.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Civil or Industrial engineering.
  • 5+ years of construction/maintenance project management experience.
  • PMP Certification desired.
  • Safety standards adherence.
  • Experience developing work packages (scope, change management, QA/QC, materials, drawings, procedures, and job safety plans).
  • Experience with MS Office and Procore.
  • Experience managing financial and contractual aspects.
  • Travel domestically up to 5%.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, design, and construct contracts to include the development of project specifications, a detailed scope of work and principal contract provisions, working closely with corporate Contracts Management and the Procurement Department.
  • Work with University stakeholders, ENGIE colleagues, and ENGIE contractors, including engineers, architects, construction firms, and other contractors to develop and execute projects.
  • Partner with Program Manager and Operations and Maintenance leadership to identify, justify, and prioritize potential projects.
