Responsibilities

• Oversee design activities and define project scope and program with clients.
• Establish project plan, budget, and funding transfers with units and offices.
• Hire architects, engineers, and consultants; manage requirements and criteria.
• Prepare RFQ/RFP processes; develop cost estimates and schedules; maintain master plans.
• Create and maintain project schedules and documentation per office standards.
• Ensure compliance with codes and regulations and monitor construction milestones.
• Communicate with stakeholders and resolve issues and conflicts as needed.
