Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• PMP preferred; other certifications considered.
• Experience in genomics, sequencing, life science tools or services recommended.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional technical projects from inception through launch.

Responsibilities

• Build the Project Management System by standardizing processes and enabling team adoption.
• Drive cross-functional product development and product improvement projects from inception through launch.
• Create portfolio visibility with health, priorities, resources, dependencies, and constraints.
• Help leadership forecast timelines, understand capacity, and make data-driven decisions about priorities.
