Job summary

Plasmidsaurus is seeking a Senior Project Manager to build a new project management function across Product, Engineering, R&D, Production, Operations and Marketing. You will turn a patchwork into an effective system for managing new product development from inception through launch.

You will lead high-impact, cross-functional projects, establish clear ownership and timelines, and drive visibility into blockers and risks, enabling faster, smarter decision-making with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• PMP preferred; other project management training considered.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical projects.
• Ability to build and improve PM systems across teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and operationalize a standardized project management system used by Product, Engineering, R&D, Production, Operations, and Marketing.
• Establish plans, milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, decisions, and reporting.
• Integrate PM with Notion, Linear, Slack and other tools; train leads.
• Drive complex cross-functional product development from inception to launch.
• Create portfolio visibility and improved forecast of timelines and capacity.
