Job summary

Plasmidsaurus is seeking a Senior Project Manager to build a project management function for fast, cross‑functional product development and improvement. You’ll create a practical system for inception through launch, with a portfolio view that tracks health and velocity across teams.

You’ll establish standards, ownership, dependencies, and reporting, and drive high‑impact projects as the company scales, partnering with R&D, engineering and marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
• Experience leading cross‑functional product development projects.

Responsibilities

• Build a standardized project management system used by product, engineering, R&D, production, operations and marketing.
• Establish plans, milestones, ownership, dependencies, risks, decisions and reporting.
• Integrate PM with existing tools and train leads to use the system effectively.
• Lead cross‑functional projects from inception through launch and monitor portfolio health.
