Job summary

FutureBrand is seeking a Project Manager II to lead the day-to-day development and management of multiple branding projects from initiation through completion. You will partner with Studio Leadership to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality outcomes.

You will proactively manage schedules, financial performance, staffing, consultant coordination, and client expectations while identifying opportunities to improve project results.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience in design/branding-related fields.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience with proposals, fee development, or business development is preferred.
• Experience with project management, resource planning, and financial tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day development and management of multiple projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage schedules, budgets, staffing, consultant coordination and client expectations.
• Coordinate resources and vendor/consultant relationships to ensure on-time delivery.
• Participate in business development and client presentations.
