FutureBrand is seeking a Project Manager II to lead the day-to-day development of multiple branding projects from initiation to completion. You will partner with Studio Leadership to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with top-tier quality across multidisciplinary teams.

You will proactively manage schedules, financial performance, staffing, and client expectations while identifying opportunities to improve outcomes. Strong communication and client service are essential in this role.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of project management experience within a design consultancy, architecture/interior design firm, branding agency, retail design firm, or consumer products organization.
• Experience with project management, resource planning, and financial tracking software.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively guide multiple projects through the internal system, identifying risks early and developing contingency plans before issues impact schedule, budget, or scope.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while balancing competing priorities and maintaining exceptional client service.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and communicate project status, milestones, and risks to internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive schedule adherence across internal teams, clients, architects, engineers, consultants, vendors, and other project partners.
• Facilitate internal design reviews and cross-functional coordination.
• Own the financial performance of assigned projects, including budgets, forecasting, vendor billing, expense tracking, profitability, and financial reporting.
