Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Management for the Devens Biologics site in Massachusetts. You will manage complex, multi-disciplinary programs, applying PM best practices and PMI standards to deliver on time and within budget.

The role reports to the Associate Director PMO and Business Operations. Required qualifications include 8+ years in program/project management within a GxP biopharmaceutical environment, PMP certification, and strong communication, analytical,

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional projects involving SME & technical professionals.
• Knowledge of GMP and FDA regulatory requirements in biologics.
• PMI PMP certification is required; Scrum Master and Change Management certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand business strategy and align processes accordingly.
• Develop WBS, project plans, and Agile sprint plans with sponsors and leads.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and dependencies; monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Quality, Site Engineering, IT, Finance and Operations.
