Job summary

Senior Project Manager role within a biopharma environment, focused on integrating Process Development activities and managing cross-functional project schedules for pipeline programs, including pivotal, lifecycle, and commercial projects.

Responsibilities include developing project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams in biologics and synthetics, delivering milestones, and ensuring timely communication across governance meetings.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of project management experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare
• Strong pharma/biotech technical background
• Proficient with MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Teams, and SharePoint
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating complex schedules
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules for multiple process development programs
• Manage cross-functional teams within Process Development for biologics and synthetics
• Partner with technical leads and operations to identify and deliver key project milestones
• Draft and revise timeline scenarios to inform and adjust project execution
• Ensure clear, aligned communication in team and governance meetings
• Drive decision-making processes, support business improvements, and facilitate best practice sharing
• Establish and manage team collaboration sites and repositories for deliverables
• Conduct project reporting, including risk analysis and product metric tracking
• Partner with business analysis to report on performance and outcomes
