The manager will lead efforts to enhance core banking applications and models, driving improvements in service delivery and system performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
• 8 years of experience in managing core banking systems
• Experience with third-party application integration and management
• Proven track record in operational metrics reporting and efficiency analysis
• Strong understanding of core banking systems.
• Proficiency in managing third-party applications and technology upgrades.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop and manage operational metrics and reporting.
