Job summary

Hunt Electric Corporation in Wisconsin is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee all aspects of electrical construction projects nationwide, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, billings and change orders. You will lead project teams, manage client relationships, and ensure contract compliance, safety, and quality across Commercial, Health Care, Data Center, and Industrial deployments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 8+ years of experience working as a project manager in the electrical industry.
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the electrical industry.
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, production methods, and the coordination of manpower and resources.
• Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish the work.
• Effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Ability to understand the scope of the contract documents and the scope of the electrical work to be performed.
• Willingness and ability to train and educate assigned subordinates.
• Willingness and ability to travel.

Baer Manufacturing does work nationally on complex Commercial, Health Care, Data Center, and Industrial projects supplying high quality, manufactured components. The Senior Project Manager is instrumental in managing project finances, facilitating seamless communication, and fostering collaboration among internal departments and external clients. Responsibilities extend to building and maintaining customer relationships, overseeing project teams to fulfill contractual obligations, and ensuring compliance.
