Rosenxt USA seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex multi-discipline projects in the energy and industrial sectors. The role emphasizes technical excellence, team leadership, and stakeholder communication across phases from planning to closeout.

Qualifications

• Engineering or technical degree or equivalent training.
• 5+ years managing multi-business-line projects with medium-high complexity.
• Strong technical and operational understanding of asset integrity/pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Execute projects per customer expectations, HSE rules, and governance.
• Review scope and terms; ensure compliance with legal and commercial terms.
• Create WBS and sequence activities for the project.
• Estimate resources and develop the master schedule.
• Acquire project team across departments.
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve project goals.
• Establish regular communication with team and customer.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Monitor schedule and budget; control project work.
• Manage invoicing and cash flow; handle changes.
• Approve final deliverables; close the project.
• Identify additional sales opportunities; engage with sales.
• Manage contracts and project documentation; document lessons learned.
