Job summary

Rosenxt, a Houston-based technology group, seeks a Senior Accountant to manage full‑cycle accounting for its entities in the US. You’ll ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance and contribute to financial reporting in a global environment.

You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, support audits, and drive process improvements while maintaining accuracy and timeliness of financial statements. A bachelor’s degree in accounting and 3+ years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting or finance experience, ideally international.
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP; IFRS knowledge a plus.
• Proactive, structured and goal‑oriented approach.
• Strong MS Office skills; ERP familiarity (Dynamics preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform full‑cycle accounting for assigned entities.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and GL entries.
• Reconcile bank accounts and intercompany transactions.
• Prepare and reconcile balance sheets and P&L.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP or IFRS.
• Support internal and external audits as required.
• Improve financial processes and controls.
• Assess potential financial impacts aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform full‑cycle accounting for assigned entities
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
• Maintain and reconcile bank accounts and intercompany transactions
• Prepare and reconcile balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP or IFRS accounting standards
• Assist in internal and external audits as required
• Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes and controls
• Provide general support for assessing potential impact on financial matters and ensuring alignment with business and finance requirements

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Previous experience (3+ years) in accounting or finance roles, ideally within an international environment
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and general accounting principles; IFRS is a plus
• Pro‑active approach with a desire to continually improve
• A structured, reliable, and goal‑oriented way of working
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
