The Crowd are partnering with a well-established boutique architecture practice based in Brooklyn, renowned for delivering thoughtful, design-led projects across residential, mixed-use, hospitality, and commercial sectors.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both design and technical delivery. You will lead across multiple projects, with a focus on multi-family developments, in a hybrid office setting in NYC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture required.
• Masters of Architecture preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in architecture & project management.
• Strong knowledge of NYC codes and regulations.
• Experience with multi-family or residential projects in NYC.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and 3D modeling software.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior leadership to ensure high standards of project delivery and design quality.
• Deliver projects through strong technical drafting, construction administration, technical delivery and overall project coordination.
• Mentor junior design team members and collaborate with consultants.
• Coordinate external consultants across all project phases and ensure integration of technical requirements.
