Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare fee letters, scenarios, and contracts.
• Create work plans and manage project scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with client design criteria.
• Prepare and oversee contract documents and drawing production.
• Maintain client and team communications.
• Record project scope changes and track additional services.
• Mentor project team members.
• Manage budgets and contractual fees.
• Implement quality assurance reviews.
• Ensure design intent during construction.
