Job summary

Job Juncture in New York seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager for Corporate Workplace Interiors to lead project delivery from inception to close-out. You will manage budgets, schedules, and client interfaces, guiding design teams through all phases of the project.

The ideal candidate has a BA in Architecture with 10+ years of PM experience, strong knowledge of NYC codes, and proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. Relocation assistance is available; position is on site in midtown Manhattan.

Qualifications

• BA in Architecture required; MA a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of continuous project management experience in Corporate Workplace Interiors.
• Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD; strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in responding to RFPs and attend new business presentations.
• Calculate and track man/hour projections and project fees.
• Generate contractual agreements.
• Interface with the client, real estate team, landlord and consultants.
• Assist in code review, building analysis, and lease review.
• Prepare consultant RFPs.
• Generate project budgets and schedules.
• Prime client interface during all phases of project.
• Oversee project production and staffing projections.
• Final red-line review of construction documents.
• Overall review of consultant documents.
• Manage project finances including budgets, contracts, change orders, additional services requests, payment requisitions, invoicing and collections.
• Attend project meetings as required.
• Coordinate bidding process, including response to questions, interviews, bid review and analysis.
• General coordination & management of designated project team.
• Project close-out and sign-off.
