GBBN Architects Inc in Cincinnati (also serving Minneapolis and Pittsburgh) seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary delivery, strengthen client relationships, and drive growth.

You’ll guide teams from kickoff through construction, manage scope, schedule, and budget, mentor talent, and help position the firm for repeat work while advancing design excellence. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on oversight in a collaborative design-forward practice.

Qualifications

• Architecture or Interior Design degree from an accredited university.
• 15+ years of experience, including at least 5 years leading projects.
• Professional license required.
• Strong leadership, client management, and communication skills.
• Experience managing project finances, schedules, and delivery teams.
• Proven business development and client retention experience.
• Strong understanding of architectural design, documentation, and delivery.
• Healthcare market experience strongly preferred.
• Strategic, collaborative, and comfortable navigating complexity.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a strategic, relationship-driven professional who thrives at the intersection of design excellence, client leadership, and business growth. You’ll guide multi-disciplinary teams through all phases of delivery, partner closely with clients and consultants, and help shape projects that are thoughtful, high-performing, and financially sound. This role can be located in our Cincinnati, Minneapolis, or Pittsburgh office.

Equally important, this role is a key driver of business development. We’re looking for someone who can build trust, deepen client relationships, uncover future opportunities, and help position GBBN for repeat work and strategic growth.

This position offers a salary range of $100,000–$140,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. GBBN also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
