Job summary

Just Construction Recruitment seeks an experienced Project Manager with a background in commercial glazing systems (stick curtain wall, storefront, podium). You will oversee 3–5 active projects valued around $8M, coordinating with clients, general contractors, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver safely and on schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial glazing projects.
• Strong knowledge of stick curtain wall, storefront, and architectural glazing systems.
• Experience with multi-project portfolio management ($5M–$10M+).

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial glazing projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, procurement, fabrication, and installation activities.
• Serve as the main point of contact for general contractors, owners, architects, and project stakeholders.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and scope requirements.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, change orders, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with estimating, engineering, fabrication, field operations, and installation teams.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain schedule and profitability.
• Track project financials including budgets, costs, billing, and forecasting.
• Attend project meetings and provide updates to clients and internal leadership.
• Ensure quality control, safety standards, and customer expectations are maintained through project completion.
• Lead project closeout activities including punch lists, warranties, and final documentation.
