Job summary

Acoufelt, LLC in Auburn Hills, Michigan is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee architectural product projects from Closed Won through completion, ensuring budget, schedule, and client satisfaction.

You will liaise with Finance, Design, Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Logistics; manage scope, approvals, and site coordination, while driving process improvements and timely final payments. This onsite role offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience managing complex projects in architectural/construction settings.
• Field/jobsite experience and understanding of onsite dynamics.
• PMP certification highly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with project management tools, CRM systems, and Office suite.
• Ability to flag/address risks and manage scope.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between Acoufelt and clients for assigned projects.
• Manage full lifecycle from Closed Won to completion within budget and schedule.
• Coordinate with Finance, Design, Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Logistics.
• Provide client support during installation and post-installation.
• Manage scope, change orders, and profitability through oversight.
• Deliver timely project updates and secure client approvals.
• Maintain project records, timelines, and communication logs.
• Oversee site coordination and installation监督where applicable.
• Support marketing with case studies and testimonials.
• Drive process improvements across workflows.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
