This position is responsible for the development and implementation of strategies to achieve the strategic and operational goals for the UWM Ambulatory Care Division**PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES*** Effectively collaborate with Chairs, Medical Directors, Associate Directors, Clinic Medical Directors, Surgical Chiefs and Clinic Managers, planning and decision support, contracting, finance, and others as necessary* Works across multiple disciplines, services and care settings providing key administrative leadership and operational guidance to the clinical sites* Responsible for the development and implementation of programs including human resource management; staff and physician relationships; financial management and reporting; patient access and throughput* Facilitates identification of performance improvement opportunities and provides support for change strategies* Lead system-wide level and entity-specific committees.
